BRIG INVESTMENT LLC I in association with GEMSTRUST LIMITED, Ghana shall implement infrastructure projects in Africa starting in Ghana as follows:
1. Purchase the land for Mega polis: NEW CAPITAL OF GHANA – Ireland City (500,000 population, 15kmx6km area, 5 years construction
2. Waste Recycling Factory (12 units in Ghana, 2 years of construction
3. Gold Refinery with Security House for keeping 1,500 MT gold (1.5 years for construction)
4. Residential Area for 1,500 houses with total infrastructure (construction for 2 years under Sovereign Guarantee of Ghana)
5. Railway crossing Africa from North to South and West to East starting point is Ghana to connect main destination inside the country for passengers and cargo transportations. Construction in Ghana 2 years, development in other countries on the routs of the railway: 5 years
6. Infrastructure construction in Ghana: roads, gas stations, entertainment parks, hospitals and medical centers with mobile transport system by land and by air; educational establishments, cinemas, cultural establishments;
7. Industrial construction: Plant for the manufacture of energy efficient facade systems, / Trade, logistics and distribution centers, Manufacturing of mobile self-contained hotel complexes
